We're building the opening team from the ground up. The restaurant will combine a takeout-heavy service model with dine-in and walk-in traffic, centred around an open kitchen where the food and team are part of the experience.

We're looking for strong kitchen leaders who want to be part of building the restaurant from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working the line, leading by example and helping set the standards and culture for the opening team.

- Strong line-cooking ability

- Organized and calm under pressure

- Comfortable holding people accountable to standards

- Able to lead while still being productive on the line

- Reliable and able to work independently

- Available weekends and either opening or evening shifts

- High-volume restaurant, takeout or QSR experience is an asset

What we offer

- Free staff meal during every shift

- Be part of the opening team from day one
