Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in the Mohali district.

The Social Media

Executive (Fresher to 1 Year) will assist in managing social media accounts, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. The person in this role will collaborate with the digital marketing team to support social media strategies, track basic performance metrics, and suggest improvements. Day-to-day tasks also include staying updated on social media trends, assisting in content brainstorming, and ensuring brand consistency across all posts.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including basic knowledge of major social platforms and content formats.
  • Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, with interest in campaign planning and performance tracking.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, engaging social media copy.
  • Comfort with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing apps) and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow brand guidelines and team processes.
  • Preferred educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
