Dans le rôle de stagiaire en Tech, vous ferez l’entretien des véhicules des clients et effectuerez des tâches pratiques au centre de service. En plus d’être un joueur d’équipe, une excellente capacité de communication orale et écrite est souhaitable, car vous serez en contact avec les clients. En tant que stagiaire, vous en apprendrez également sur les véhicules électriques et les technologies novatrices de Tesla, en accélérant la transition mondiale vers l’énergie durable. In the Technician Trainee Intern role, you will be servicing customer vehicles and completing hands on tasks at the service center. In addition to being a team player, excellent oral and written communication is desired as you will be in a customer facing role. As an Intern, you will also learn about electric vehicles and Tesla’s innovative technologies, in accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Job Responsibilities

  • Effectue un travail d'entrée de gamme dans l'inspection, la réparation et l'entretien des véhicules électriques Tesla
  • Utiliser une variété d'outils manuels, électriques et d'atelier
  • Effectuer les inspections, les réglages et les certifications des équipements
  • Effectuer des inspections avant livraison (PDI) des voitures neuves
  • Tenir à jour l'inventaire, les registres du temps, les fournitures et les pièces d'atelier
  • Aider à maintenir la propreté des véhicules des clients
  • Soutenir les opérations de pièces et de réception selon les besoins ou sur une base de rotation
  • Perform entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
  • Maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies and parts
  • Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
  • Support Parts & Front of House operations as needed or on a rotational basis

Job Requirements

  • Connaissance des méthodes et techniques utilisées dans l'entretien et la réparation des véhicules
  • Inscription actuelle dans un programme automobile préférée
  • Permis de conduire valide requis et doit être capable de se présenter au lieu de formation ou au centre de service local, selon les besoins
  • Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 60 livres
  • Être capable de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe et avoir une attitude « la sécurité avant tout
  • Compréhension familière de la langue anglaise
  • Compétences informatiques de base, y compris la navigation dans les navigateurs Web et l'utilisation d'applications standards telles que Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Québec
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Current enrollment in an Automotive program preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required and must be capable of reporting to training location or local service center as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Be able to work in a team-based environment and have a "safety first" attitude
  • Familiar understanding of the English language
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
