From inventory to shipping, the Service & Logistics Coordinator supports stakeholders across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role Philosophy</strong></p><p>Reporting to the leadership team and supporting day-to-day service operations, the Service & Logistics Coordinator serves as a key player between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams across our Canadian and US locations. As a key contributor, you ensure the seamless execution of field service activities through effective scheduling, inventory coordination, procurement, shipping, and accurate documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities with precision, including coordinating service jobs, maintaining accurate ERP records, tracking purchase orders, supporting cross-border logistics, and ensuring technicians have what they need to succeed. Above all, you are adaptable, dependable, and bring the right attitude that helps keep operations running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinating field service jobs across our Canadian and US locations, from first request to final close, including helping schedule and dispatch technicians and keeping each job fully documented.</li><li>Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming parts and equipment, and keeping inventory accurate in our ERP system.</li><li>Placing and tracking purchase orders with suppliers, OEMs and expediting when a job is at risk.</li><li>Preparing and dispatching outbound shipments to technicians, vessels, and job sites across Canada and the US, with correct tracking, shipping and customs paperwork, including Canada to US cross border.</li><li>Keeping our service and inventory records clean so the team manages from accurate, current information.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written.</li><li>Strong organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.</li><li>Comfort with computers, numbers, and readiness to learn an ERP like NetSuite.</li><li>A sense of urgency and a calm head when things get busy.</li><li>Ability to commute on-site to our Saint-Laurent office.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer </strong></p><ul><li>A competitive and progressive salary.</li><li>A group insurance program.</li><li>A dynamic work environment.</li><li>3 weeks of paid vacation.</li></ul>
