SEO Specialist Do you enjoy uncovering opportunities in search and product data and transforming them into high-impact strategies across traditional search, AI platforms, and shopping experiences? As an SEO Specialist in AI search, you will help improve the discoverability and machine-readability of Best Buy Canada’s storefront and other digital touchpoints. You will lead optimization initiatives across product and category pages, local listings, content, and product data to help customers discover Best Buy through search engines, AI-driven experiences, and shopping surfaces. You will conduct regular performance reporting, solve complex on-site SEO challenges, and support other SEO specialists with analysis, audits, and best practices. We practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. Identify opportunities through keyword, content, and competitor research. Optimize product, category, content, and local pages. Partner with teams to improve technical SEO and product data. Report on performance and share SEO best practices. What we need: 5+ years of large-scale eCommerce SEO experience. Strong on-page, technical SEO, and keyword research skills. Experience with GSC, Adobe Analytics, and SEO tools. Understanding of AI Search and structured content. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
