We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Meta Ads Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive targeted traffic through strategic search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads, ensuring maximum ROI through precise targeting and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value opportunities aligned with business goals and customer intent.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to expand brand awareness and generate quality leads across social platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and Google AdWords to analyze data, generate insights, and refine strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively by setting clear objectives, tracking expenditures, and adjusting bids for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Local SEO, with a strong focus on link acquisition and citation building.
  • Demonstrated success in growing backlink profiles for local businesses or multi-location brands.
  • Solid understanding of local ranking signals, NAP consistency, and proximity relevance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, and Google’s SEO suite.
  • Comfortable using AI-based platforms for SEO, content strategy, and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—especially for outreach and collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that support marketing objectives.
