Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, global Digital Transformation initiatives with a focus on ERP, SAP, CRM, and enterprise business applications. In this role, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, product teams, solution architects, engineering organizations, and globally distributed delivery teams to successfully deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs within large global organizations.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Lead complex enterprise technology programs involving ERP, SAP, CRM, and other business-critical applications.
  • Develop and execute integrated program plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Establish program governance, monitor portfolio health, and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and drive informed decision-making across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Deliver programs using Agile, Hybrid, or traditional methodologies while fostering continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, vendors, and globally distributed teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage strategic vendor partnerships and coordinate global delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale enterprise programs and portfolios.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-wide ERP, SAP, and CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and North American business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading globally distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
  • Experience delivering complex programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-million-dollar programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
