Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced process engineering strategies for renewable energy projects , focusing on efficiency and sustainability. Conduct detailed process analyses, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization measures to enhance operational performance. Design and oversee the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and project management, to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and process documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all processes meet or exceed stringent environmental and safety regulations within the energy industry. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process engineering , with a strong emphasis on the energy sector , particularly renewables. Proven track record in process design, simulation, and optimization using industry-standard software. In-depth knowledge of energy generation technologies , including solar, wind, or battery storage systems. Experience with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance in the energy field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
