Key Responsibilities Manage and direct all plant operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Oversee budget management, P&L responsibility, and resource allocation for the plant. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and plant personnel to achieve performance goals. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement programs using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant management or manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Proven experience in managing production schedules, budgets, and P&L. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in manufacturing processes , quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and lean manufacturing principles .
