As the Senior Media Manager, Performance Planning, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing performance-driven media plans across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on translating strategic direction into actionable media executions that drive measurable business results.<br><br><strong>You Will<br><br></strong>Build and manage multi-channel media plans across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and emerging channels<br><br>Translate strategic direction into detailed media recommendations and activation plans.<br><br>Support budget allocation, forecasting, and campaign structuring<br><br>Ensure plans align with audience insights and business KPIs<br><br>Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion goals.<br><br>Partner with activation teams to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and execution<br><br>Identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mix<br><br>Support testing initiatives and performance reporting<br><br>Manage day-to-day client communication and reporting needs<br><br>Present campaign updates and performance insights<br><br>Collaborate with Analysts, Planners, and Activation teams to ensure alignment<br><br>Support junior team members and contribute to best practices<br><br><strong>You Have<br><br></strong>4–7 years of media planning or performance marketing experience<br><br>Experience with digital platforms including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic<br><br>Understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate<br><br>Strong analytical and organizational skills<br><br>Experience in client-facing environments<br><br>What We Offer <br><br>Global maternity and parental leave <br><br>Competitive benefits packages <br><br>Vacation, compassionate leave, personal/sick days, and flex days <br><br>Access to online services for families and new parents <br><br>Early Dismissal Friday’s (off at 3:00 PM local time every Friday) <br><br>13 affinity groups <br><br>Internal learning and development programs <br><br>Enterprise-wide employee discounts <br><br>Toronto: $80,000-$120,000<br><br><em>Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
