Our team blends analytics with creativity, ownership with innovation, and always centers client success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok aligned to client goals, budgets, and KPIs
  • Manage and scale campaigns end to end, including daily optimization, structured creative testing, budget pacing, and audience strategy
  • Own Advantage+ Shopping, CBO, and ABO decisions, and know when each one is the right call
  • Build and run TikTok campaigns beyond in-feed basics, including Spark Ads and TikTok Shop where relevant
  • Analyze performance by creative, audience, placement, and funnel stage to guide decisions and roadmaps
  • Plan and run ongoing experiments across creative, segmentation, bidding, and landing pages
  • Proactively flag risks, diagnose underperformance, and implement fixes with clear hypotheses and expected impact

  • Review and QA campaign builds from other buyers before launch and provide actionable feedback
  • Partner with Client Success to build reporting cadence, craft clear narratives, and prepare monthly decks with insights and recommendations
  • Brief creative directly and give sharp feedback on concepts, hooks, and iterations. You are expected to have a point of view on what creative will perform, not just report on what did
  • Partner with analytics to ensure clean tracking, CAPI and Pixel quality, UTM hygiene, GA4 accuracy, and workable attribution
  • Mentor junior buyers and contribute to shared processes, templates, and documentation

What You'll Bring

  • Deep Meta expertise across Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, and CAPI, plus real TikTok Ads experience you can speak to in detail
  • Direct to consumer or e-commerce ownership. Premium or luxury brand experience is a strong plus
  • Strong creative instincts. You brief, critique, and iterate creative rather than waiting for it
  • Fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, attribution concepts, and testing frameworks
  • Sharp analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail, especially in QA and tracking
  • Excellent English communication skills, confident in client facing settings
  • Bias for ownership, thoughtful pushback, and clear decision making
