Role Overview

We’re hiring an Overnight Chat Support Specialist to join our remote support team. This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable working during the night shift, enjoy real‑time problem solving, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. No prior live‑chat experience is required—full training is provided.

As a key member of the arenaflex support squad, you’ll manage live chat conversations on our clients’ websites and social media platforms, ensuring that every customer receives timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction scores, repeat business, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat inquiries from customers 24/7, prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining a high first‑response time.
  • Provide accurate product information, troubleshooting guidance, and order status updates across multiple channels (website chat, reputed company Messenger, reputed company, etc.).
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (technical support, billing, or product specialists) while keeping the customer informed.
  • Utilize the arenaflex knowledge base and CRM tools to document interactions, track resolution progress, and maintain data integrity.
  • Offer product recommendations, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and promotional codes when appropriate, aligning with the client’s marketing strategy.
  • Monitor chat metrics (average handling time, customer satisfaction score, chat volume) and proactively suggest improvements to the support workflow.
  • Participate in nightly team huddles to review performance, share best practices, and receive feedback from supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies on data privacy, security, and compliance, ensuring all customer information is handled responsibly.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, a smartphone or tablet, and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in written English; additional language skills are a bonus.
