You belong at Bell.<br><br><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and a proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior client representatives and practical hands-on experience implementing solutions for customers.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Technical Expertise: Lead the design & implementation of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to: Copilot and Copilot studio, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Calling, Intune, Defender, Purview, M365 Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform. Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops. Steward client migrations and implementations. Provide expert-level support for M365-related issues.</li><li>Client Engagement: Lead technical discussions with senior client representatives, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and translate them into effective M365 solutions.</li><li>Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft 365 space. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Participate in industry events and networking activities to generate leads.</li><li>Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized M365 solutions that meet their specific business requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 configurations and processes.</li><li>Team Leadership: This role will involve mentoring and guiding junior technical staff.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Critical Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>7+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Microsoft 365 implementation, administration and consulting</li><li>Proven experience leading technical discussions and implementation with senior-level clients</li><li>Successful track record in business development, including lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals</li><li>Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and compliance requirements</li><li>Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Relevant Microsoft certifications beyond foundational level credentials (eg, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert) are highly desirable</li><li>Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph API<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Dynamics (including Business Central) are a plus</li><li>Knowledge and administration of Microsoft’s relevant partner programs including incentives and funding programs<br><br></li></ul>#EmployeeReferralProgram<br><br>Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.<br><br><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong><strong>Position Type: </strong>Management<strong>Job Status: </strong>Regular - Full Time<strong>Job Location: </strong>Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Ontario : Ottawa || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : Montreal<br><br><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong> Hybrid<br><br><strong>Application Deadline: </strong>08/30/2026<br><br>For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
