Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Sales Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue adoption and market penetration in the local geography. The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team of experienced Account Managers with engagements at the CXO level. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own define develop and execute a geographic plan and consistently deliver on input goal and revenue targets.

- Experience in management of large complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives IT and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
- Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue adoption and market penetration
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 15 years of technology related sales business development or equivalent experience and 5 years of sales team management experience
- Masters degree or Masters degree in management business administration economics engineering marketing
- Experience driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales technical marketing segmentation legal (contracts)
- Experience leading sales teams through technology transitions particularly in AI and machine learning with demonstrated ability to position AI capabilities (including agentic AI) as business transformation enablers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company Amazons package may include other elements such as sign-on payments restricted stock units (RSUs) and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical dental vision prescription basic life & AD&D insurance) Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) paid time off and other resources to improve health and well-being.
