What will your typical day look like?

This individual will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the Global Growth Platforms (Ecosystems & Alliances) program for the Tax & Legal (T&L) Business. This role supports the Global T&L Growth Platforms Leader, and reports into the Global T&L Digital Innovation Leader to drive sustainable GT&L growth through a scalable alliance ecosystem, strong governance, disciplined execution, and measurable commercial outcomes across Global and Member Firms.

The individual will establish relationships with senior partners and firm leadership, including Country and Service Line leaders, Global Growth Platforms Leadership, T&L management, and cross-business Innovation leadership and teams to deliver on Global T&L growth ambitions. Specific responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the GT&L Growth Platforms operating model and program office.
  • Drive governance, program cadence, accountability and decision-making processes.
  • Shape strategic priorities with executive stakeholders and Member Firm leaders.
  • Align global, regional and Member Firm activities around common priorities.
  • Lead Member Firm enablement and support scalable execution across the network.
  • Define reporting standards, performance metrics, dashboards and KPI frameworks, including ongoing financial reporting including sales and pipeline tracking.
  • Drive alliance portfolio prioritization and investment focus.
  • Overall program leadership including regional and strategic planning and shaping requirements with senior stakeholders.
  • Executive ownership of SAP and other core / established alliances, including stabilization and scale-up activities.
  • Governance, organizational structure and Member Firm leadership enablement.
  • Co-review reporting outputs and strengthen reporting feedback loops and performance transparency.
  • Oversight of competitive intelligence and market sensing activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate internal approvals required to formalize alliance/teaming arrangements with key third parties, in coordination with our Quality, Risk, Regulatory (QRR) team.
  • Collaborate with MDM and Industry counterparts to identify emerging Alliance opportunities.

  • Minimum 10 years work experience with a focus on strategy implementation and tracking progress against plan including helping C-Suite executives to execute on strategic goals
  • Minimum 3 years work experience within Alliances environment including practical understanding of standing up Alliance relationships, understanding of different Alliance-related business models (implementation, re-sell), awareness of go to market strategies is desirable, Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead end-to-end work process to structure complex problems, develop clear hypotheses, conduct analyses, and drive actionable recommendations through a data driven process
  • Manage and nurture diverse groups / communities to promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration across a broad network
  • Experience in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing others (including C-suite level executives); ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • The ability to develop a strong point of view combined with the openness to evolving that view based on new data; collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
  • The ability to create clear, concise, and convincing communications including business cases, PowerPoint presentations, project summaries); comfortable in business and technical discussions.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong people development and leadership skills; able to manage multiple extended or virtual teams

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
