We are looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Line Cook to join our high-energy, collaborative kitchen crew.

Key Responsibilities
* Line Execution: Own your station on the line, delivering high-quality dishes efficiently during high-volume services.
* Prep & Inventory: Execute precise ingredient preparation and strictly adhere to established par levels.
* Station Rotation: Seamlessly rotate across kitchen stations and quickly master new culinary skills.
* Food Safety Excellence: Maintain impeccable health, safety, and sanitation standards across all food prep and storage areas.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 2–3 years of professional cooking experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
* Availability: Flexible schedule, with a strong preference for open availability (including nights and weekends).
* Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
* Team Player: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic under pressure.
