<p>Senior Law Clerk | Administrative Law & Professional Regulation</p><p>Toronto, ON | Remote</p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a highly regarded downtown Toronto law firm, is seeking a <strong>Senior Law Clerk</strong> to join its growing Professional Regulation and Administrative Law practice on a mainly remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex files, and takes pride in supporting lawyers before tribunals and courts.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Provide both administrative and law clerk support to 2 lawyers in a busy administrative law practice.</li><li>Prepare and manage documentation for hearings, appeals, tribunal matters, and judicial review applications.</li><li>Draft, organize, file, and maintain legal documents in accordance with applicable rules, procedures, and deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, tribunals, and the courts.</li><li>Manage competing priorities while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Support file management, scheduling, and litigation-related administrative activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of law clerk experience</strong> within <strong>administrative law, professional regulation, litigation, or tribunal-based practices</strong>.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload.</li><li>Experience preparing materials for hearings, appeals, and judicial review proceedings.</li><li>Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk Program (ILCO-certified preferred) or Paralegal Program.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Case Centre, and GhostPractice or similar legal/accounting software.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Why Join</p><ul><li>Work with a respected and specialized legal team</li><li>Engage in meaningful professional regulation and administrative law matters</li><li>Remote environment.
