The opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are proactively expanding our team capacity to stay ahead of the curve. We are seeking a seasoned, delivery-focused Senior IAM Project Manager to oversee the execution, health, and successful delivery of our identity projects.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio including large enterprise accounts and smaller, faster-moving deployments. You won't just be tracking tasks against a schedule; you'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of the IAM domain to anticipate project risks, protect project scope, and identify strategic opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients.

What will you do?

  • Portfolio and delivery management: Oversee end-to-end health, schedule and delivery of multiple concurrent IAM projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction and excellent execution.
  • Risk and opportunity identification: Use your IAM project experience to proactively spot technical and logistical dependencies, mitigate project risks before they impact timelines, and identify new delivery opportunities.
  • Financial oversight and scope control: Take charge of project health, including monitoring budget consumption rate, managing statement of work (SOW) compliance, managing scope drift and ensuring milestone approval.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional identity teams (architects, analysts, and engineers) assigned to your projects, removing obstacles to keep them focused and efficient.
  • Hybrid methodology execution: Effortlessly adapt to various project delivery frameworks, whether piloting agile deliveries/Scrum ceremonies, navigating through traditional waterfall milestones, or executing hybrid frameworks according to client preferences.
  • Innovating with AI: Proactively explore and use AI tools to automate project status reports, summarize the results of complex meetings, analyze delivery metrics, and optimize project predictability.

What do you bring?

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on successfully leading enterprise identity and access management (IAM, IGA or CIAM) initiatives.
  • Domain knowledge: Strong functional familiarity with the IAM landscape and leading market technologies (such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID). You possess sufficient technical context to challenge assumptions and validate estimates.
  • Methodological flexibility: Expert-level understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to combine them into effective hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • The AI ​​Mindset: A forward-thinking approach to project operations. You welcome the opportunity to integrate AI into your daily project management toolkit to reduce administrative burdens and improve project forecasting.
  • Education and Certifications: A university degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Active PMP certification or relevant certifications are strongly recommended.
