The role partners closely with delivery station leaders and operational teams to implement the people plan, strengthen leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and support a productive workforce.The position requires a commercially aware HR professional who can provide practical advice, manage organizational change, interpret workforce data, and resolve complex employee matters.
