Senior HR Administrator Government Liaison

We're looking for an experienced Government Liaison specialist to join our Human Resources Group Services team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Government Liaison Manager, you'll be the person who makes sure our people and our business stay fully compliant across every government and ministry touchpoint in the UAE.
This is a hands on, high trust role.
You'll be out in the field as much as at your desk, working directly with authorities to keep visas, permits, passes and approvals moving without delay.

What you'll be doing

Managing end to end work permit, labour contract and visa processing through MOHRE/Tasheel - including new joiner job offer registration, labour clearance, renewals, relative work permits, profession changes and quota modifications
Coordinating medical examinations and Emirates ID registration and renewals for employees and their dependants
Arranging free zone and authority access passes and visa stamping across JAFZA, DIFC and TECOM
Handling document attestation and legalisation via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, CID, Chamber, Amer and legal translation offices
Processing maid/domestic worker visas and contracts through Tadbeer, plus business and tourist visa applications
Managing Dubai Municipality health cards (OHC), staff passport control, and exit formalities including airport attendance
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee files and handling invoice submission, corporate card expense entries and journal verification
Building strong working relationships across HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail, and with our associate companies

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a related government liaison / PRO role within the UAE
Confident working with Microsoft Office
2+ years supporting a multicultural team in an administrative capacity
Familiarity with Ministry of Health and Emirates ID procedures
A proven ability to build and expand the kind of contacts that benefit the business
