About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Hair Stylist & Colourist to take on a crucial remote educator role. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging online training programs for aspiring and experienced stylists. You will create high-quality video content, lead live virtual workshops, and provide one-on-one mentorship to stylists worldwide. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive online curriculum and training materials for hairstyling and colouring techniques. Record and edit high-definition instructional videos demonstrating advanced techniques. Conduct live virtual workshops and Q&A sessions for stylists globally. Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to participants to enhance their skills. Evaluate student progress and administer online assessments. Collaborate with the product development team on new colour lines and styling tools. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist and Colourist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles. Demonstrated expertise in advanced colour theory , correction, and creative colouring techniques. Proven ability to teach and mentor others, with experience in developing training content or educational programs. Excellent video production and editing skills, or the willingness to learn quickly. Strong understanding of current hair trends and industry best practices. Exceptional communication and presentation skills for remote audiences.
