  • Working Hours: 4 PM to 1 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)
  • Important Note: The company will not provide a laptop during the probation period. Candidates must have their own device to perform their duties effectively.


We are seeking two Senior Flutter Developers with over 7 years of experience to lead the development of mobile applications for our clients. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced Flutter applications, ensuring seamless performance and user experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, often integrating with Zoho Creator APIs to enhance functionality. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects while contributing to our growth as a Zoho Authorized Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Lead end-to-end development, from architecture to deployment, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, including Zoho Creator APIs (a plus), to connect mobile apps with backend systems.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android).
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring robust application performance.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record. We’re looking for candidates with:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 5 years focused on Flutter and Dart.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, production-ready Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
  • Strong understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) and Flutter architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
  • Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party libraries in Flutter.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Creator APIs or Zoho ecosystem integrations is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Zoho Creator APIs.
  • Knowledge of backend development (e.g., Node.js, Firebase) for full-stack contributions.
  • Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a development team.
