Senior Fashion Retail Delivery Lead

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.<br><br>What you will do<br><br><ul><li> Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.</li><li> Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.</li><li> Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.</li><li> Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.</li><li> Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.<br><br></li></ul>What you bring<br><br><ul><li> Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.</li><li> A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.</li><li> Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.</li><li> Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.</li><li> Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.<br><br></li></ul>US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
