Description :Our client, a stable company with offices in Pennsylvania, is hiring a Senior Experience Designer to join their team.This is a 100% remote contract position (must be in the EST time zone) with potential to convert to a full-time employee.Join our client in helping to reshape the interactive, online digital experience for their customer base by helping to create a set of digital tools that users can use to explore and customize their customer product library.The goal is to create an elegant and intuitive experiences that will help elevate their brand.You'll champion design excellence across every touchpoint, transforming complex offerings into seamless journeys.Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll elevate their design system and shape the future of the digital experience.What You'll Do :Lead design strategy and execution for the digital tool set, ensuring every interaction aligns with our client's brand standards.Collaborate with developers and product teams to bring high-fidelity designs to life in customer-facing tools.Design user flows, wireframes, and polished UI that balance user needs with business goals.Advance their design system by contributing scalable patterns that enhance usability, clarity, and consistency.Own the design lifecycle from early exploration to final handoff, delivering thoughtful, high-impact solutions.Partner with creative to ensure a cohesive, elevated experience across the platform.What You Bring :Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products.A portfolio that showcases refined UI , deep UX thinking , and complex problem-solving (REQUIRED)Mastery of Figma (and similar tools), with hands-on experience in design systems.Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to deliver under pressure.Strong communication and collaboration skills--you thrive in feedback-rich environments.?
