We're looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to join our Dermatological Skincare team, based in North Sydney. It's a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave, with one direct report reporting to you.

You'll run eCommerce for brands people actually trust, Cetaphil and Benzac across Amazon, Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, Priceline and more. Amazon is non-negotiable here, we need someone who's already won on that platform, not someone learning it on the job.

This is a numbers first role, commercial thinking matters more than traditional marketing instinct.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Channel Development

  • Develop and deploy the eCommerce strategy across ANZ markets, aligning with global inputs and brand priorities.

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across digital channels, including Amazon, Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, Priceline, and other Pureplay platforms.

  • Lead annual JBPs across Pureplay retailers and ensure cross-functional alignment for omni-channel customers.

Customer Engagement & Commercial Delivery

  • Partner with key customers and internal account teams (NBM/NAM) to drive joint business planning and eCommerce growth.

  • Own forecasting, investment planning, and performance tracking across Pureplay accounts.

  • Optimize trade spend and promotional ROI through data-driven analysis and agile execution.

CARS & Retail Media Strategy

  • Set and monitor KPIs using Galderma’s CARS framework to ensure consistent brand presence and performance.

  • Lead the strategic execution of retail search and media initiatives to increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversion across platforms.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop eCommerce/ Digital Team.

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and align on strategic initiatives.

  • Influence internal stakeholders across marketing, supply chain, and finance to support eCommerce acceleration.
