Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address complex business challenges. Perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and extract actionable insights from large, diverse datasets. Develop predictive models for forecasting, customer behavior analysis, risk assessment, and other key business areas. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science models into production systems and workflows. Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques and tools. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a strong data-driven culture within the organization. Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality for analytical projects. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record in developing and deploying predictive models and AI solutions. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design. Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, SQL databases). Excellent data visualization and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong understanding of the full data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
