Key Responsibilities Lead the development of new chemical products and processes from concept to commercialization. Conduct pilot plant trials to validate processes and gather data for full-scale production. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. Minimum of 6 years of experience in chemical product development, process R&D, or scale-up. Proven experience in chemical synthesis and formulation development. Strong understanding of process scale-up principles and challenges. Experience with pilot plant operations and troubleshooting. Proficiency in analytical techniques relevant to chemical characterization. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
