What You’ll Deliver You’ll lead the design, implementation, and integration of airport operational systems supporting safe, efficient, and seamless operations

You’ll ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems operating in a 24/7 airport environment

You’ll drive strategic technology roadmaps aligned to airport growth, future capacity, and operational excellence

You’ll enable real‑time situational awareness by integrating systems across terminal, airside, baggage, security, and flight operations

You’ll champion the adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve decision-making, passenger flow, and resource utilization

You’ll oversee system lifecycle management including upgrades, migrations, cybersecurity alignment, and compliance

You’ll establish and maintain SOPs, incident response models, and business continuity plans

You’ll act as a trusted technology leader, partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes What You Bring You’ll have extensive experience leading mission‑critical airport operational systems across terminals, airfield, and baggage operations

You’ll have strong technical depth across terminal, airfield, and baggage handling systems, with the ability to integrate complex, multi‑vendor environments

You’ll have proven leadership in delivering large‑scale aviation technology implementations in live, 24/7 operational environments

You’ll have hands‑on experience driving digital transformation, including AI‑ and ML‑enabled solutions, automation, and data‑driven decision support

You’ll bring deep understanding of passenger experience optimization, self‑service technologies, and biometric-enabled journeys and solid grounding in aviation standards, safety, and compliance frameworks (IATA, ICAO, ACI, ITIL)
