You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a Senior Advisor - Best Buy Business to join our in-store Business Solution Centre.

In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the Best Buy Business experience to life in-store by supporting local SMB, mid-market, and public sector customers with consultative, solutions-focused service. You will take the time to understand each customer's business needs, recommend tailored technology and services solutions, and help connect them with the right Best Buy Business programs, resources, and sales support.

As a senior advisor, you will be the expert on all B2B solutions offered in the Business Centre, share product and industry knowledge, and help create a business-ready department through strong merchandising, functional demos, and operational excellence. By combining leadership, business acumen, product expertise , and a passion for customer experience, you will help grow awareness of Best Buy Business while supporting long-term customer relationships and business growth.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the in-store expert for all B2B solutions offered within the Business Solution Centre, sharing product and industry knowledge while supporting a business-ready department through strong merchandising, functional demos, and operational excellence.

  • Deliver a consultative, solutions -focused experience for SMB and mid-market customers by understanding their business needs, challenges, and growth goals.

  • Recommend and provide end-to-end technology solutions, including hardware, accessories, services, and Best Buy Business programs tailored to each customer.

  • Build strong relationships with local business owners and collaborate with the Best Buy Business sales team to support leads, demos, and customer engagement.

  • Maintain an organized, well-merchandised department by ensuring product availability, signage, security, and functional demos.

  • Stay current on B2B technology products, industry trends, and vendor offerings through continuous training, while sharing knowledge with the team and supporting vendor events.

  • Meet company performance targets and ensure compliance with installation procedures, corporate security, privacy policies, and health and safety standards

  • Support deal registration opportunities by identifying eligible customer projects, partnering with vendors and the Best Buy Business sales team, and helping ensure customers receive the right pricing, programs, and solution support.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, high attention to detail

  • 2+ years sales experience, B2B experience

  • High School or equivalent

  • Fl exible availability

  • Technical or professional certification considered an asset

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $19.36 - $22.33
