This role is focused on owning the integrity and consistency of the close and reporting cycle. The Senior Accountant will operate as a hands-on contributor responsible for translating transactional data into reliable financial insights.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><ul><li>Execute month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and adjustments</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances across key balance sheet and income statement accounts</li><li>Deliver budget-to-actual analysis and support forecasting cycles</li><li>Monitor working capital metrics, including cash, receivables, and payables trends</li><li>Produce management reporting packages with clear variance commentary and actionable insights</li><li>Maintain audit-ready documentation, including structured workpapers and standardized close checklists</li><li>Support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and close efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct ownership of month-end close</li><li>Strong understanding of accrual accounting and financial statement flow (not just mechanical posting)</li><li>Proven ability to analyze variances and explain underlying business drivers</li><li>Experience with NetSuite</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data structuring)</li><li>High attention to detail with a disciplined, documentation-first approach</li><li>Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
