Seeking the best, a tech co founder reputed company non co founder for filament react cleaning app - Contract to Hire

Let me start by re iterating this, we are looking for the best devs period. Talented organized and hard working. We are trying to build an app for a cleaning company, we have developers now, and its reputed company decently reputed company, but the last thing I don’t want is for a new developer to come in and trash their work, and want to restart.
