SDR Appointment Setter (Remote) - High-Ticket E-Commerce Coaching

Location: Remote (Canada or Egypt preferred, outside US welcome)

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST, 5 days/week

Job Description

Peak Flow Academy is a high-ticket coaching company in the e-commerce space. Our flagship program, the High Ticket Ecom Launchpad, helps entrepreneurs build profitable dropshipping and DTC brands using a virtual-showroom and Google-intent-search model. We sell a $5,800 mentorship backed by a $10K/month profit guarantee in 6 months or your money back. We are scaling toward $250K/month in cash collected and we need disciplined SDRs to keep the pipeline full.

We are hiring SDRs and Appointment Setters to own the 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST evening window. We hire in pairs so the floor never goes dark.

The Role

You are the first voice prospects hear. Your job is speed-to-lead on Skool leads under 5 minutes, dialing through TypeForm, YouTube-organic, and credit-score lists at steady volume, qualifying against our scorecard, and booking qualified calls for our closers. Every contact gets disposed in Close CRM. Every shift ends with metrics posted in the daily setter metrics channel. No exceptions.

Compensation (1099 Contractor)

  • Base: $1,500/month (covers dials and speed-to-lead responsibilities)
  • $25 per qualified call (every show counts as qualified, 100% qualification rate)
  • $150 per closed deal on calls you booked (60-day attribution window)
  • Total per close: $175 to you (qualified call pay plus close bonus)
  • Qualified-call pay: weekly. Close bonus: after refund window and processor hold clears.
  • Stretch bonus: sustain 300 to 400 dials/day for 14 consecutive days (Sales Manager discretion)
Realistic Earnings (from our official KPI table)
  • Floor: 50 booked, 8 closes = approximately $3,650/month
  • Target: 100 booked, 15 closes = approximately $5,625/month
  • Stretch: 150 booked, 23 closes = approximately $7,775/month
Daily Standards
  • 200 dials/day baseline (after Week 4 ramp), 300 to 400/day for stretch bonus eligibility
  • Speed-to-lead under 5 minutes on 90%+ of Skool leads
  • Maintain a 75%+ show rate on booked calls
  • Every contact logged in Close CRM with disposition (DQ, Qualified Nurture, or Qualified Booked) plus next task
  • End-of-day metrics posted in the daily setter metrics channel every shift
  • Attend the 11:00 AM EST daily team huddle for call reviews
Ramp Period: Your First 30 Days
  • Week 1: Onboarding. A few calls, focus on form not output. Product, sales, and CRM training. Read the Setter Sales Hub V2 playbook end-to-end.
  • Week 2: 50 dials/day. First live qualified calls. Written feedback from Sales Manager.
  • Week 3: 120 dials/day. Self-managed pipeline. First consistent booked calls.
  • Week 4: 200 dials/day. Full speed-to-lead participation. Peak Flow level.
  • Beyond 30 days: Build toward 300 to 400 dials/day stretch target.
Monthly Quota
  • Target: 100 booked qualified calls per month
  • Floor: 50 booked qualified calls per month. Below this for 2 consecutive months and the role is at risk.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Hungry, coachable, resilient, and phone-confident
  • Entry-level is OK if you have hustle. We will train the right person
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with a clear neutral phone presence
  • Available 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST, 5 days/week, no exceptions
  • Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
  • Self-managed. You can hit 200 dials without being micromanaged
  • Comfortable with CRM workflow. Close CRM experience is a plus, not required
  • Door-to-door, solar, roofing, HVAC, or phone sales background strongly preferred
Honest Expectation

Roughly half of high-ticket setters wash out in their first month. This is a documented industry pattern, not a Peak Flow problem. High volume, high standards, real money. We hire in pairs so the floor never goes dark. If you ramp, you stay and you earn.

Why Peak Flow Academy

  • Premium product with a real guarantee. Clients actually win
  • Warm-to-hot inbound flow from Meta and YouTube. You are not cold-calling from a phonebook
  • Clear scorecard, transparent compensation, and weekly pay cadence on qualified calls
  • Path to closer role for top performers
