The successful candidate may have significant experience with Salesforce, or could possibly be a junior with a talent for making Salesforce programs happen. What will you do?

  • Work closely with our business partners and architects to improve our Case Management System built on Salesforce
  • Perform technical tasks such as data migrations, data analysis, configuration, and administration
  • Maximize our transformation by building tech infrastructure extending beyond the Salesforce platform and integrating with other technologies
  • Actively contribute in team discussions, value add by sharing experiences and providing technical know-how to help the team best leverage technology and drive business value
  • Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies
What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Related degree, and/or 2+ years of web-based application design/developer experience or full-stack development using Agile
  • 1+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development
  • Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform, including Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Components, Integrations and Salesforce Data Model
  • Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and Sales & Service Cloud
  • Technical background with web development technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.
Nice to have:
  • Experience implementing Case Management Systems in the legal sector
  • Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using REST API and event-based integration patterns
  • One or more Salesforce certifications
  • Ongoing experience/practices on keeping up-to-date on Salesforce trends and best practices related to technical designs and engaged in the broader Salesforce Community
  • Advanced analytical and reasoning abilities. Able to develop and adapt business processes after evaluating multiple solutions

  • Salesforce: 2 years (preferred)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud/Case Management System: 1 year (preferred)
  • Integrations via API: 1 year (preferred)
  • UI Design in Salesforce: 1 year (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / PD 1(Must)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
