Salesforce, CPQ Analyst – Part-Time

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day Salesforce administration, including objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and permissions in Lightning Experience
  • Review Salesforce seasonal releases and help lead targeted modernization efforts, such as Workflow-to-Flow migrations
  • Assist with adoption of Salesforce Lightning Experience and new platform capabilities
  • Support Salesforce org health initiatives, including cleanup, access-control reviews, storage and backup monitoring, and sandbox management
  • Provide administrative support for Salesforce CPQ products, configurations, price books, pricing structures, bundles, configuration rules, pricing automation, quote templates, and document generation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers on accurate pricing and packaging
  • Assist with pricing updates, CPQ enhancements, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Support system changes and future platform migrations through planning, coordination, testing, validation, data integrity checks, and documentation
  • Document legacy setups, workflows, product and pricing structures, processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Provide user guidance, training, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process-improvement recommendations
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce and CPQ configurations, system updates, release activities, data quality, performance, product/pricing/quoting processes, and system architecture documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business needs and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Lightning configuration experience with objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and permissions
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including products, price books, bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates
  • Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements, releases, and migrations, including Workflow-to-Flow transitions and feature adoption
  • Understanding of Salesforce org health best practices, including data cleanup, security and access reviews, and sandbox and environment management
  • Strong analytical, testing, and troubleshooting skills focused on data integrity, system reliability, and performance
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
