About the Department
The Sales Department is the core driver of Polaron’s growth, with leadership responsible for scaling revenue, building high-performing teams, and executing on clear performance targets.

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and personable HVAC Appointment Setter to join our growing HVAC division, Polaron Comfort. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our HVAC sales representatives. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth by ensuring our sales team has a steady flow of qualified appointments each week.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule HVAC consultations and in-home assessments.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries to convert leads into appointments.
  • Use CRM systems to record interactions, update customer details, and track appointment outcomes.
  • Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments and reduce cancellations or no-shows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead flow and conversion rates.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting and conversion targets.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales (HVAC industry experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
