Responsabilités

En tant que conseiller(ère) aux ventes en dermatologie, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de l’expérience client en :

  • Identifiant avec précision les besoins des professionnels de la santé et en proposant les solutions thérapeutiques les mieux adaptées.
  • Développant une solide expertise sur le système de santé, les maladies dermatologiques, notre gamme de produits et les options thérapeutiques existantes.
  • Construisant et entretenant des relations durables avec les dermatologues et autres professionnels de la santé.
  • Répondant rapidement et adéquatement aux questions des clients grâce à la collaboration et aux ressources offertes par le réseau Lilly.
  • Déployant des stratégies omnicanales efficaces, intégrant interactions virtuelles et rencontres en personne.
  • Analysant les données territoriales et les tendances du marché afin d’élaborer et exécuter un plan de territoire solide et ciblé.

Exigences de base

Lilly Canada recherche une personne :

  • Motivé(e), entreprenante et passionnée par l’apprentissage continu.
  • Ayant idéalement une expérience en vente de produits d’immunologie auprès de dermatologues ou autres professionnels de la santé.
  • Ayant démontré des résultats tangibles dans des rôles antérieurs liés à l’expérience client, la collaboration, le leadership et la performance.
  • Formée selon un modèle interactif axé sur les besoins clients, avec une capacité éprouvée d’apprentissage rapide.
  • À l’aise avec une approche omnicanale, incluant les interactions virtuelles et en personne.

Atouts et compétences supplémentaires

  • Bonne compréhension du rôle de conseiller(ère) aux ventes pharmaceutiques.
  • Expérience en immunologie (particulièrement en dermatologie), un atout majeur.
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat.
  • Fonctionnel(le) en anglais (le travail terrain se fait uniquement en français).
  • Expérience en milieu hospitalier ou en gestion de comptes clés.
  • Sens aigu des affaires et excellente capacité à bâtir des relations clients.
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques et de l’analyse de données commerciales.
  • Reconnaissance récente pour le leadership, le travail d’équipe, l’orientation client ou la performance (ex. : Conseil du président, représentant régional/national de l’année, prix d’excellence).

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$82,500 - $156,200

Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a pension plan; vacation benefits; eligibility for healthcare benefits; flexible benefits (if applicable) life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
