Sales Closer (warm leads) - $4k+/month

The money. You can earn up to 20% commission on every deal you close, including those closed during your trial period. A fixed salary component may be included, but we don’t retain salespeople who aren’t generating sales. Our top closers make up to $15,000 per month.

What is Questoro?

We get real, trusted Reddit users talking about our clients in the discussions where buyers actually decide what to buy. Our clients are high-ticket businesses (Dubai real estate developers, clinics, fintech) where one closed deal brings them $300,000 or more, so a service that costs $7000 to $50000 annually is an easy yes when it's explained well. Explaining it well is your job.

What you get from day one:

  • Warm leads with full context: name, email, the conversation so far, and a ready personalized report you walk them through
  • An AI assistant trained on everything about the product, with a human team behind it answering same day
  • Invoices, contracts, and payments handled by us, same day your client says yes
  • Freedom to work your way: our email, your LinkedIn, WhatsApp, whatever closes
  • Fully remote, work from anywhere, plan your own hours
Who we want. Anyone who is ready to sell and can prove it. Some real experience in sales or client communication, confident spoken and written English, and the hunger to earn from results. We don't care about your CV, your degree, or your years of title inflation. If you can hold a hard conversation and ask for the deal, we want to talk to you. Who this is not for. If you need a guaranteed paycheck to feel safe, this will frustrate you, and that's okay. This role rewards people who back themselves.

How hiring works: Instead: a 25-minute online academy that teaches you the product from zero, three written answers, and one simulated call with a very tough client. Do well, and you get real leads within days, with commission from your very first closed deal. The whole path from clicking apply to earning takes days, not weeks.
