Sales Callers (Remote, Contract) – Men's Sexual Health Education
About Caitlin V

Caitlin V is a sex and relationship coach, former sexual health researcher (MPH), host of Good Sex on Max, and author of Harder Better Longer Stronger. Her YouTube channel has 930,000+ subscribers and more than 160 million views. Her programs help men, most of them 35–65, build sexual confidence, emotional depth and better relationships, using science-backed tools rather than quick fixes.

We're looking for Enrollment Advisors to talk with men who've applied to our coaching programs, understand what they're struggling with, and help them decide whether our coaching is right for them.

What you'll do

  • Follow up with new applicants by text and phone, making first contact within 12 business hours
  • Review each applicant's background and complete a short pre-call brief before every sales call
  • Run enrollment calls with an approach that's warm and free of shame, centered on what the applicant actually needs
  • Follow up consistently on days 1, 3, 7 and 14, and contact no-shows the same day
  • Log call outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) the same day
  • Attend a weekly team call and ongoing trainings with our sales manager

Time commitment

  • 1–2 hours a week of follow-up and call prep, scheduled on your own time
  • 10 hours a week of open calendar availability for sales calls, during the times calls are most likely to be booked
  • A weekly team call (required)
  • Trainings (required). Attend live when possible, or watch the recording within 2 business days.
  • Prospects are contacted only between 9am and 7pm in their time zone

Compensation

  • $200/week stipend
  • Plus monthly commission on the packages you sell:
  • 5% on your first $20,000 in sales each month
  • 7% on sales from $20,000 to $50,000
  • 10% on sales above $50,000
  • Commission is paid monthly on cash collected

What we're looking for

  • Sales experience preferred, especially consultative or high-ticket sales. We'll train the right person.
  • You're comfortable talking openly and without judgment about sexual health, relationships and emotions
  • Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence; people feel safe opening up to you
  • You're reliable and organized, and you follow up without being reminded
  • You can keep client information strictly confidential
  • You're comfortable learning new tools (GoHighLevel CRM, calendar scheduling, text and phone outreach)

Nice to have

  • Background in coaching, wellness, health or education sales
  • Familiarity with men's health, relationships or personal development
