Overview::
We are seeking a friendly, well organized, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team at Baskits head office location in North Toronto (74 Railside Rd). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email and Live Chat, processing orders, answering product and service inquiries, resolving customer concerns, issues, and providing exceptional support throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, emails and live chat inquiries in a quick, accurate and professional manner.
  • Process orders received over the phone, email or Live Chat and enter them accurately into an ERP system
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and availability.
  • Assist customers with questions and order-related issues while providing effective and policy-driven solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment or adjustments.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding orders, or any service-related issues and inquiries.
  • Create customer service-related tickets to assist with problem resolution
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience in customer service, sales, and order entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM order entry systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Professional, patient telephone etiquette and customer-first mindset
  • Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience handling high volumes of phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
