You are Looking for Part Time or Full Time and may be retired or Semi Retired Contract Commission Opportunity. For Top Candidates a small Draw / Advance against Commissions may be possible. OTE $6k - 9K per month. Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for roofing and a knack for building strong client relationships? We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Roofing Sales Specialist with minimum 5 years of experience to join our team remotely. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, utilizing Zoom for client interactions, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies. Duties

  • Engage prospective clients through virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups via Zoom to showcase roofing solutions tailored to their needs.
  • We Supply all your leads. You need to book appointments and reschedule Missed Appointments.
  • Manage existing accounts with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently to close deals that benefit both the client and company
  • Utilize CRM tools like Go High Level to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
  • Provide technical guidance on roofing products and services, translating complex information into clear benefits for clientsRequirements
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in outside sales, preferably within roofing, construction, or related industries
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales practices to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Proficiency with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
  • Technical sales experience related to roofing materials or construction products is highly desirable
  • One call Closing is our Approach and best if you have experience in this approach.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus
