As a Remote Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation. Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Customer Experience (CX) team, you’ll:

  • Rapidly acquire subject‑matter expertise on Arenaflex’s product portfolio, including PLCs, VFDs, EOATs, robotic arms, conveyor systems, and integrated control architectures.
  • Provide remote technical support for escalated issues across mechanical, electrical, and control domains, ensuring minimal downtime for our fulfillment and transportation network customers.
  • Collaborate with on‑site maintenance teams to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems, guiding them through standard repair procedures and best practices.
  • Offer programming and configuration assistance for new installations of critical system components, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation repositories, capturing troubleshooting steps, repair logs, and knowledge‑base articles for future reference.
  • Document and analyze unique field incidents, delivering detailed reports to engineering and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple escalations simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑throughput environment, prioritizing incidents based on impact and urgency.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to provide rapid response to critical incidents, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance whenever they need it.
