Key Responsibilities

  • Prescription Clarification – Initiate outbound calls, fax communications, and electronic messaging to prescribers for clarification on dosage, formulary status, and potential substitutions.

  • Quality Assurance – Perform routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
