About Fluent Fluent’s mission is to reputed company programming for Ethereum as seamless as programming for the web. To that end, we are building a permissionless, credibly neutral L2 blockchain on Ethereum that supports general-purpose smart contract execution with apps written in Solidity and traditional programming languages.
