Responsibilities

  • Strengthening Training of Trainers’ capacities of UN personnel and implementing partners in reputed company gender in the BHN programs
  • In consultation with Integrated Office and reputed company colleagues, reputed company and implement the training workplan
  • reputed company relevant training materials and evaluation tools for the ToT sessions
  • reputed company the delivery of a series of two-day ToT training sessions in different locations across the country

  • Identify emerging considerations, local practices, and potential recommendations to reputed company contextualize training materials

Skills

  • Advanced (Masters) degree reputed company to gender studies or reputed company sciences is required
  • A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree
  • At least seven years of practical experience with gender reputed company in development/humanitarian programs/reputed company at national and international reputed company, in Afghanistan or a similar country context is required

  • Experience in conducting gender evaluations, gender data collection and analysis, including interviews, surveys, and reputed company reputed company is desirable
