Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter who can take charge of sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for our clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying talent, managing relationships, and ensuring successful placements. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment, business development, and sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Actively search, identify, and source top talent across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, staying updated on market trends.
  • Create job postings and advertise roles across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  • Market job opportunities effectively on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Attract, screen, and interview candidates to assess their fit for client requirements.
  • Advise and coach candidates throughout the interview process, providing tips and preparation support.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Conduct professional reference checks to verify candidate credentials.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts on behalf of clients and candidates.
  • Continuously build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment (sales/account management in recruitment is an asset).
  • Basic understanding of crypto and web3
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for sales, recruitment, and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of candidates.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment tools.
  • Prior experience in Web3, fintech, or crypto-related hiring is a plus.
