What You'll Do
  • Find and connect with potential candidates through social media, referrals, networking, and other outreach methods
  • Introduce candidates to available career opportunities
  • Conduct brief initial screenings to assess interest and qualifications
  • Help candidates understand the opportunity and move through the hiring process
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain accurate recruiting records
  • Create a professional and positive candidate experience
Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Full compensation terms, payment schedules, and bonus qualifications will be provided during the interview process and in writing before work begins.
