[Remote] Project Manager, Exterior Signage

The Project Manager leads signage and brand implementation projects from concept through installation, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, coordination, risk, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead projects from award through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction Translate customer requirements into executable project plans and timelines Partner cross functionally with Design, Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, Production Control, Field Services, and Finance to deliver seamless execution Source, coordinate, and manage installers and subcontractors while negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring quality standards Proactively identify risks and constraints, implementing mitigation plans to protect delivery and profitability Maintain accurate project data, forecasts, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership on project status, risks, and milestones Drive projects to completion with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability Skills *Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in the Signage Industry* * Experience managing projects in construction, signage, manufacturing, or multi‑site programs * A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail * Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and customer-facing * Effective at working across teams and coordinating with both internal and external partners * Solid financial and budget management skills * Experience working in fast-moving, operational environments This position requires travel as an essential function of the role to support in-person interaction with customers, field partners, and business stakeholders. Travel may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation and may include overnight stays as needed This role operates in a remote home office environment, with regular collaboration within and across teams. The position involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and virtual communication and interaction.
