[Remote] Principal Product Manager, Enterprise

The Principal Product Manager, Enterprise will lead product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery for critical enterprise product areas, collaborating with engineering, design, customers, external partners, and go-to-market teams to deliver strategic features, integrations, and platform offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy through execution and impact for one or more of reputed company Enterprise’s most critical product areas
  • Drive roadmap of features aimed at supporting reputed company’s Enterprise full-service customers
  • Actively manage your teams’ backlogs through the creation, prioritization, and grooming of user stories in a fast paced agile environment
  • Monitor your teams’ process and system health metrics to ensure optimal quality and velocity
  • Work with the Technical Documentation and R&D Enablement teams to accurately communicate product updates to internal stakeholders, advocate for adoption and usage throughout reputed company’s FSR customer base
  • Develop and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap to continuously improve reputed company’s product market fit for full-service enterprise customers
  • Collaborate, advocate and evangelize product capabilities and customer needs across the broader reputed company R&D organization
  • Partner closely with go-to-market teams including Solutions, Sales, Product & Customer Marketing and others in service of your strategic vision
  • Embrace and advocate for the use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery, streamline execution, and explore new product experiences - helping shape how we build and what we build

Skills

  • Prior experience working within software development life cycle stages from ideation through customer delivery
  • Experience driving cross-team initiatives and building interpersonal relationships with a range of personalities
  • Strong program management and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and will a bias towards action
  • Experience with Enterprise software development, requirements writing and process
  • A proven track record of success working directly with customers, external development teams and partners to deliver value and ensure alignment across different parts the business
  • 5+ years product management experience at a senior level
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and problem solve using creativity and strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers, account management and/or client development
  • Experience leading through influence and advocacy
  • Knowledge of restaurant and hospitality industry
