Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from Customer Care Associates, providing clear, compassionate assistance while adhering to performance metrics.
  • Outbound Communications: Initiate outbound calls for urgent clinical pharmacist requests, medication clarifications, and follow‑up with prescribers, pharmacies, or customers.
  • Clinical Support: Collaborate with the clinical pharmacist team to facilitate MD and pharmacy outreach, ensuring accurate medication verification and compliance.
  • Consultative Guidance: Mentor Customer Care Associates through a consultative approach, delivering feedback that enhances staff knowledge and improves service quality.
  • Ticket Management: Process and resolve support tickets for both the Customer Care and Clinical RPh teams, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Policy Mastery: Maintain an advanced understanding of arenaflex’s pharmacy policies, procedures, products, and services, staying current with industry regulations.
  • Help Desk Oversight: Monitor daily help‑desk assignments, prioritize tasks, and ensure resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Complaint Reporting: Track and manage customer complaints, escalating when necessary, and delivering resolutions that meet or exceed SLA expectations.
