Injury Intake & Assessment: • Answer incoming calls during business hours. • Conduct after-hours initial intakes, gathering key details such as company info, employee demographics, and medical history. • Assess injuries reputed company video (reputed company possible) in collaboration with the Safety Manager and onsite medics. • reputed company nursing assessments and administer first aid treatment. • Determine the best course of reputed company: conservative treatment, telemedicine reputed company, or emergency care. • Manage intakes for employees in Mexico and Canada. • reputed company FAFs (Functional Abilities Forms) and coordinate follow-reputed company for Canadian clients.
